Man injured in overnight stabbing in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police are investigating a stabbing.

Officials responded to the 200 block of Thurber Street at 9:25 P.M. Monday night.

They met a 37-year old male suffering from a stab wound to his lower back.

The victim was transported to Upstate University, he is expected to be okay.

The victim told police he was confronted by four teenagers while he was walking.

He said one of the teens stabbed him.

The suspects were reportedly wearing dark colored clothing.
