3 brothers arrested in drug house raid in Geneva

GENEVA, N.Y. (WHAM) - Three brothers were arrested as part of a months-long drug investigation in Geneva Wednesday.

Police and deputies from multiple sheriff's offices executed a search warrant at the home on North Wadsworth Street after a three-month drug investigation.

Approximately $4,000 in powdered cocaine and $1,100 in cash were seized at the house.

Officers from the Police Detective Bureau and Drug Enforcement Units of Geneva Police, and deputies from Ontario & Seneca Counties were on hand.

FrankDerick Lugo, 19, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd. He was arraigned and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

Officers said 21-year-old Alexander Lugo and 18-year-old Carlos Davila-Lugo were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and released.

Additional felony charges are pending against FrankDerick Lugo.
