The Clay man accused of burning down a man??s home was arraigned Wednesday.
A judge set 31-year-old Joshua Brennan??s bail at $50,000. Brennan was being held on no bail for burning down Muhammad Baqir??s home in December.
Baqir was the driver in a head-on crash on Route 57 that killed Meagan Patterson in November.
Brennan is accused of using that tragic crash as an opportunity to burglarize Baqir??s house when he was sent to jail.
Brennan was also indicted in another burglary in North Syracuse.
He is due back in court on June 28.
