The Otsego County Sheriff's office is looking for two men who entered a convenience store in Hartwick, threatened the clerk with a handgun, and stole cash from the register before fleeing the scene.

Deputies say the men entered the Pit Stop Convenience store on State Highway 28 at 9:25 p.m. on Thursday. One man headed to the cash register while the other confronted the clerk as he exited the cooler. Deputies say that man was armed with a handgun and forced the clerk to the floor before forcing him into the bathroom.

Deputies say both men left with an undetermined amount of cash. One of the suspects is a 5'8" white male with a husky build. Deputies believe he weighs about 250 pounds and say he was wearing a mask and square framed glasses.

The other suspect is a white male with a thin build wearing dark clothing.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Otsego Sheriff's Office at (607) 547-4273.
