Armed robbery suspects escape with nothing, police looking for answers


yracuse Police are investigating a robbery at gunpoint that took place Thursday night.

Police say two men in their twenties were walking on the 200 block of Delhi Street when they were confronted to two other men, one armed with a handgun. The suspects demanded the victim's bike, bad, and their phones, but the two men refused to comply with the suspect. The two men were punched and chased to the 300 block of Oak Street. The suspects did not get away with any stolen items, but escaped the scene. They were last seen east on Hawley Ave.

Police describe the suspects as two black males, in their 20's, one wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and one with a black hooded sweatshirt, both are approximately 6'00 tall. The male with the white hooded sweatshirt possessed a black colored small semi automatic handgun.
