The teen pop star is under the weather, and still not back to his usual self according to the latest post on his Twitter account . Still, Bieber told his fans Monday afternoon he is ready to perform. He posted this: "Not 100 percent but gonna see the doc again and try & get the go ahead. Wish me luck." Then quickly, after the doctor saw him, OK, the doctor said we aren't 100 percent but we are ready to ROCK!! Been cleared. Beiber is scheduled to play a concert at New York City's Madison Square Garden Tuesday night before returning to Syracuse on Wednesday. Original Story: The sold-out Justin Bieber concert, scheduled for the State Fair grandstand on Sunday night, is postponed because of illness. It is rescheduled for Wednesday, September 1 at 7:00 pm. Tickets for tonight's event will be honored on Wednesday, or can be returned to the purchase point for refunds.This, as the State Fair plans to sell 200 additional seats for the concert. A change in the show's stage configuration opened up the additional seating. The tickets went on sale Sunday morning at 9:00 am at the State Fair box office. Tickets are $55 or $45.
