The mother of a Utica baby who's been missing since May plans a party to mark his first birthday, which is this Saturday.
Levon Wameling was reported missing from his Jay Street home in Utica by his father, who waited two weeks to notify police.
Since June, several police agencies have looked for the baby, but there's been no trace.
Amy Warney plans to hold the observance at the Jay Street home where her son was last seen alive.
She's asking friends and relatives to gather at 5pm, and bring balloons to launch, to show that people haven't given up looking for Levon.
