Bouckville teen faces charges in deadly crash

A Bouckville teenager is facing charges in a deadly crash that killed one of her passengers.
19-year-old Megan Lee, of 6115 State Route 20, is charged with DWI, criminally negligent homicide and vehicular assault.
State Police say Lee was driving drunk when she lost control on North Butler Road in the Town of Smithfield around 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
Investigators say she was driving a 2000 Chevy pickup truck when she failed to negotiate a curve, slamming into a silo.
25-year-old Corey Stoddard, of 1003 Deep Springs Road in Earlville, died of massive head trauma.
21-year-old Spencer Bartlett, of 5819 North Butler Road in Oneida, and 21-year-old Dylan McNabb, were taken to Upstate University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Lee arraigned in Lincoln Town Court.
