Cazenovia mom found passed out in car with kids and heroin

A Cazenovia woman was found unconscious with a hypodermic needle in her arm and several bags of heroin in her car at a gas station on South Geddes Street in Syracuse.

Sheriffs deputies patrolling the area heard the sound of a blaring car horn coming from a parked car in Kelly's mobile gas station.

They found 23 year old Kristen Carno passed out in the drivers seat with her one and two year old children in the car.

Both children are alright.

Carno is charged with drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child.

She will be arraigned Sunday morning.
