Police in Cicero are asking for the public's help after a report of a "suspicious incident" involving a teenage girl.

Around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to the Walmart on Route 11 for a report of a "suspicious incident". A 13-year-old female told officers she was walking through the parking lot when she was approached by a man driving a black Hyundai SUV, with yellow and blue New York license plates. Police say the driver started talking to the girl, asking her name and where she lived and if she was afraid to get in his car.

Police describe the driver as a white male in his early 30s, with a slim build, blond hair, no facial hair, and wearing a black North Face fleece jacket.

Officers tell us they have received security video and photos from the store. The videos show the SUV following the girl and looping around her multiple times before stopping her. Three of the photos are included in this story.

Police are asking that anyone who recognizes the vehicle or the suspect, or may have witnessed the incident call investigators at 699-3677 extension 18.
