No weapon was displayed and, after a brief struggle, the suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The clerk was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Dâ??Arrigo was arraigned in the Town of Clay Court on Wednesday evening and sent to the Justice Center. His bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. He is due back in Town of Clay Court on March 19.
