We are now introducing you to a local man who is changing his life. Darryl Sanford of Syracuse is a 41-year-old father of 5 who admits he has spent his life overweight.
Now, he is taking on the Biggest Loser challenge locally at Trillium Fitness. For the next 12 weeks, we will follow Darryl's journey to a healthier life.
You will get the chance to witness his transformation from week to week on Today in Central New York. From weekly weigh-ins to tips from his trainer, Barbara St. Pierre, it is a story you won't want to miss. You can catch the segment weekdays from 5-7 a.m. on NBC 3.
