A week after their Christmas presents were stolen , an act of kindness from complete strangers has restored the Gonzalez's faith in humanity.
ryan of Baldwinsville was watching the news with her stepson when she saw the Gonzalez's story.
"I was just so saddened by their situation and I felt I had to do something. I felt like I'd come over and visit with them and see how they were after the situation and just try to brighten their day" says O'Bryan.
O'Bryan stopped by Sunday night with her boyfriend John armed with presents.
"It makes us feel a lot better honey. To know that someone thinks of us and wants to meet us and they came over. It's wonderful," says Gonzalez.
CNYCentral's Dora Scheidell received several calls from members of the community like Kelly and John, who want to replace some of the gifts that were stolen.
