Cortland Police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who was last seen at the Cortland Jr. Sr. High School on August 8.

Police think Makayla M. Standish, of McGraw, may have run away to the Binghamton area. She was last seen voluntarily entering the white Hyundai Elantra (pictured) wearing jeans, a Bob Marley bracelet and carrying a pink duffel bag full of clothes.

Police say she likely ran away to be with Tyler M. Franks. An order of protection barring the two from contact was recently vacated.
