Aerialist Nik Wallenda plans to perform his high-wire act at a popular western New York amusement park this summer.
The daredevil held a news conference Wednesday morning at a suburban Williamsville restaurant to announce details of his plans for a 60-minute show at the Darien Lake Theme Park, 25 miles east of Buffalo.
The plans include members of Wallenda's famous "Flying Wallendas" circus family and other aerialists performing twice daily from June 23 through Labor Day, Sept. 1.
Wallenda is best known for walking a high-wire across Niagara Falls two years ago and the Grand Canyon last June.
