A Lodi man is accused of hitting a 13-year-old girl and forcing her to drive a car.
37-year-old Timothy Knapp is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say Knapp hit the girl in the mouth and had her drive a car earlier in the evening.
He was arraigned in Lodi Town Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He's due back in court on January 19.
An order of protection was issued for the victim.
