Deputies: Watch out for thieves targeting YMCA members
SYRACUSE, N.Y. —
The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office is warning people to be on the lookout for suspects targeting YMCAs in our area.
Deputies are investigating at least two cases where several men have broken into members' lockers and taken their credit cards or credit card numbers.
The suspects then used this information to make expensive purchases, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies are recommending members use key locks to secure their valuables.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 315-435-3051.
