Does NY have your money? You can find out at the Fair
TOWN OF GEDDES, N.Y. —
New York State has millions of dollars in unclaimed funds, and you can find out if some of it is yours at the New York State Fair.
State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has a booth setup in the Center of Progress Building for people to claim the funds.
On Tuesday checks totaling more than $13,000 were distributed to some a the Fair.
The comptroller's office says there's more than $54 million of unclaimed funds for people in Onondaga County alone.
