Eight Chevy Court concerts announced for 2013 State Fair, includes Florida Georgia Line and Lee Greenwood

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced eight more free concerts coming to the Chevy Court stage at the Great New York State Fair this summer.

The eight concerts are:

-- Country duo Florida Georgia Line, which recently broke the 51 year old record for the longest run at #1 on Billboardâ??s country music chart, performs at 8 p.m. on Monday, August 26


The Cab Calloway Orchestra performs for Senior Day at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 26


Teen pop star Austin Mahone, one of MTVâ??s Artists to Watch for 2013, performs at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27


Chubby Checker, inventor of The Twist, performs at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 27


All-American country star Lee Greenwood performs at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 29


Electro-pop artist Owl City performs at 2 p.m. Friday, August 30


Texican rock group Los Lonely Boys performs at 8 p.m. Friday, August 30

-- Country star Kix Brooks performs at 8 p.m. Monday, September 2

Cuomo announced six other Chevy Court concerts last month: George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic; Styx; Vince Gill; OAR; Dickey Betts and the Happy Together Tour.

The acts announced Friday are part of the lineup of as many as 24 acts that will perform during the twice-daily free shows at Chevy Court. 14 have been announced to date.

More performers for Chevy Court will be announced at a later date. Chevy Court concerts are free with your Fair admission ticket to the Great New York State Fair.

The State Fair previously announced six performances for its Grandstand concert series, which include Luke Bryan, Jeff Dunham, Toby Keith, Reba, Carly Rae Jepsen and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
