We will have some wind by the middle of a sunny morning in Central New York.
By midday and the afternoon there will be a breeze with gusts up to 35 miles per hour.
There will be wide ranging temperatures for the viewing area today. The high for the Syracuse area is expected to be 74 degrees with a low of 45. Expect a high of 70-76° from roughly the Thruway south with the warmest readings for the southern tier. Further north, highs will likely be in the 60s for Oswego, the lakeshores and the North Country.
Sunshine will mix with a few clouds. While central New York will be dry, there is a risk for a shower near the Canadian border.
