Scattered showers, increasing wind, a bit of sunshine and milder afternoon temperatures are all in the forecast today.
After several days of below normal temperatures, it will feel more seasonable later this afternoon. A warm front will pass through the area and give us a high risk for passing intermittent rain showers from mid-morning to the lunch hour. An increasing southerly wind with some sun this afternoon should push the temperatures in to the upper 60s, at the very least. Depending on the amount of sunshine, we may see temperatures in the lower to middle 70s.
Today??s high is expected to be 73 degrees. Tonight??s low will be 49 degrees.
