Forecast â?? Cold with approaching snow, sleet and freezing rain

It will be a cold Monday morning with January-like temperatures and snow is headed towards the Central New York area from the southwest during the middle and end of the afternoon, according to meteorologist Peter Hall.

The snow is expected to start over the Finger Lakes around 2-3pm and into the greater Syracuse and Central New York area around 4pm and eventually over eastern and northern areas as we approach the finish of the daylight hours.
