      Forecast â?? Mid-morning snow flurries and showers

      A system working its way in from the northwest will produce some snow showers and flurries in Central New York on Friday, according to meteorologist Peter Hall.

      The snow will not arrive until mid-morning (after 9 AM) and should not produce more than a trace to an inch of snow.

      There might be a smidge of sun around sunrise but it will cloud up after that.

      Winds will become gusty and blustery in the afternoon.
