Former North Syracuse superintendent considered for job in Tulsa district
The former superintendent of the North Syracuse Central School District may soon have a new job in the Tulsa, Oklahoma school district.
According to KOTV, the CBS affiliate in Tulsa, Dr. Kim Dyce Faucette is being recommended for the job of district deputy superintendent.
Dr. Keith Ballard, Tulsa Public Schools Superintendent, reportedly wants Dyce Faucette to fill the vacancy.
Dyce Faucette stepped down from the North Syracuse Central School District on July 12 when the school board did not extend her contract. She held the job for two years.
In a separation agreement between the district and Dyce Faucette, the district agreed to pay her salary and provide benefits for up to 18 months, or until she has found other employment.
The Tulsa Public School board is set to vote on giving her the job at its meeting on Wednesday.
