Fort Drum man accused of assaulting infant, breaking the childâ??s arm and two ribs

A Fort Drum man is accused of injuring a 2-month-old infant. The child had a broken arm and two broken ribs.

State Police say they arrested Kristoffer L. Fultz, 30, on Tuesday for felony assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Police say the incident happened at a residence on Fort Drum on Thursday, May 30. Fultz is not a soldier.

The child is receiving medical care at the Golisano Childrenâ??s Hospital in Syracuse.

Fultz was arraigned in the Town of Leray Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $20,000 bail.

The Watertown Daily Times previously reported that Fultz was arrested in April of 2012 for allegedly punching a woman in the face.
