Four teenagers have been indicted in the fatal stabbing of a 65-year-old man on a Syracuse street last fall.
The Post-Standard reports that an Onondaga County grand jury indicted the four teens on murder charges.
Three of the suspects were arrested soon after Marvin Bryant died after being stabbed Oct. 14 near his home. A fourth teen was only charged with robbery, but the grand jury felt a murder charge also applied to his role in the crime.
Police say Bryant was trying to buy crack cocaine when he was robbed and attacked.
Charged with murder are a 16-year-old boy, 17-year-old Jahmeer Stackhouse and Shakeith Stackhouse and Tony Comer, both 19. Police say Shakeith Stackhouse and the then-15-year-old boy actually stabbed Bryant.
