Fulton apartment building evacuated amid Meth lab investigation

Two people are under arrest and charged with making meth inside a Fulton apartment.

Police say as a result of an Anti-Crime team investigation, a warrant was issued to search the apartment of Frederick Carvey, 58, and Jennifer Noel, 42, on last night.

As a precaution, the entire apartment building at 306 West Broadway street was evacuated.

Once inside the apartment investigators say they discovered a methamphetamine lab that included methamphetamine oil around two grams of meth.

Both Carvey and Noel are charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree and Unlawful Manufacturing Methamphetamine in the third degree.
