Fulton man accused of engaging in sexual acts with child under 13
FULTON, N.Y. —
A Fulton man is facing charges for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a child under 13, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said John Collett III, 60, was arrested for sexual abuse and course of sexual conduct against a child as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
The incidents are alleged to have happened from Fall/Winter 2016 through February 4, 2018 in the Town of Palermo, according to the sheriff's office.
Colette was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and was sent to the Oswego County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
Colette is scheduled to return to court March 5.
