A Fulton man is facing several charges, accused of choking a woman and threatening to kill her.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say Ryan Taylor, 29, of 88 German Dale Drive, slammed a woman to the ground at a home in Granby, choking her and verbally threatening to end her life.
He is also accused of throwing an object at the woman, which left a hole in the wall. And that's not all. Deputies say Taylor also punched her the eye and kicked the her in the head. The woman was finally able to escape, but deputies say he then threw her to the ground and choked her.
Taylor is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, criminal mischief and menacing. He was arraigned in Granby Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to be back in court February 7th.
