Fulton man arrested after becoming violent and threatening to kill a puppy
An Oswego County man is accused of threatening to kill a puppy and becoming violent in front of several children.
25-year-old Vidaude Vasquez of Fulton is charged with two counts of criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies say he broke several items inside his home on Rathburn Road. They say he took a hammer to his refrigerator, smashed holes in the wall and threatened to kill a puppy.
Investigators say it all happened in front of several children, all under the age of 17.
Vasquez was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and sent to the county jail on $200 bail.
He is due back in court later this month.
Deputies continue to investigate the incident.
