Fulton man charged in DWI crash in Town of Oswego
A Fulton man was arrested following the investigation into an alcohol-fueled crash that happened in the Town of Oswego on Monday.
Oswego County Sheriffâ??s Deputies say 30-year-old Kenneth A. Hobart Jr. failed to negotiate a turn on West Fifth Street Road near Furness Station Road, driving off the roadway and hitting a utility pole. The vehicle then spun around the pole and headed north down the road.
Hobart is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, no license, crossing road hazard markings and leaving the scene of an accident.
Hobart was arraigned and taken to the Oswego County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
