A Fulton man is facing charges in a meth bust.

Four people were pulled over by Oswego Police just after 6 pm Tuesday on East 9th Street.

Police say found numerous ingredients and components used to manufacture of methamphetamine.

37-year-old Ronald Recore, of 107 Highland Street, is charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. He is also charged with petit larceny, accused of stealing a cold compress from a Rite Aid store. Instant cold compresses contain ammonium nitrate, an ingredient used in the "one pot" method of manufacturing methamphetamine.

As a safety precaution, East 9th St between East Bridge St. and East Cayuga St was closed off to traffic until around 9:00 p.m.

The investigation is continuing and more arrests are likely.
