Fulton teen accused of texting death threat to a female

An Oswego County teen is under arrest after police say he threatened to have someone killed via text message.
The Oswego County Sheriffâ??s Office says 18-year-old Thomas Tibbles, Jr. of Dutchess Lane in Fulton was arrested Sunday on charges of misdemeanor aggravated harassment. Deputies say he is accused of sending a message to a female from Sandy Creek which threatened to have her killed.
Tibbles was arraigned in Parish Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Sandy Creek Town Court on Thursday to answer the charge.
