Gun rally expected in Albany this noontime

Opponents to the newly passed NY gun laws plan a Saturday rally in Albany

Hundreds of New Yorkers unhappy with the new gun laws are expected in Albany this noontime, for a rally in support of the Second Amendment (Right to bear arms).

The rally has a permit, and will be near the state capitol. People who come have been told to not bring long guns, and anyone carryng a pistol is being told to stay on Swan Street, which is closed for the day.

Among those expected to speak at the rally, Central New Yorker David Andrew Gay, who was active in the Ron Paul presidential campaign last year.
