Syracuse Police are investigating a heroin overdose that happened Friday at 5:50 p.m. in the parking lot of the McDonald's in Shop City.
Police say 43-year-old Kimberly Butler was found unconscious after shooting up two packets of heroin inside her car.
Butler then lost consciousness behind the wheel, and her foot slipped off the brake. Her car rolled, hitting an unoccupied parked car.
Butler was given NARCAN and regained consciousness. She was taken to Crouse Hospital for further treatment.
Butler was also arrested for DWI drugs. Police continue to investigate.
