If you're at the Syracuse premiere of "Adult World" next month, you could be in the company of Hollywood stars.
"Adult World" will be shown at the Landmark Theatre on Sunday, October 6, as part of the 10th Anniversary of the Syracuse International Film Festival. The Landmark Theatre says it's been told some cast members could make a cameo appearance, but doesn't know who at this time.
The film starring A-Listers John Cusack and Emma Roberts was filmed in Central New York about a year and a half ago.
The story-line follows a recent college graduate and aspiring poet, Roberts, who for whatever reason, can only find work at an adult bookstore. Cusack plays her professor.
The film premiered earlier this year at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City, but tickets to the Landmark Theatre's screening go on sale this Friday.
Tickets cost $20 for one seat or $35 for two. If you're a member of the AARP, you can get a seat for $15, or two for $25.
The film will start at 7:30 p.m., but tickets are also available for a pre-party event ($40 for one, $75 for two). That price includes food, drinks, and a complimentary 10th Anniversary wine glass.
More information is available on the Landmark Theatre's website.
