Investigators seek more victims after arrest of DeWitt Chiropractor

Onondaga County Sheriff's Detectives on Monday charged a Town of Dewitt man today after allegedly touching several female employees and one prospective employee inappropriately.
Doctor Eli Guterman , 30 of 109 Dewittshire Road, Dewitt is a Chiropractor and a Licensed Massage Therapist at the Back N Touch Wellness Center across from Wegmans on East Genesee Street in Fayetteville. He's charged with three counts of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree. His online biography posted on the company website indicates he, "graduated from the New York Chiropractic College in 2009 and loves combining the art of chiropractic into his therapeutic massage treatments."
Last summer one of the victims reported the incident to the Town of Dewitt Police Department, which turned the case over to detectives with the Sheriff's abused persons unit. The victim in that incident reported that Guterman allegedly touched her breast and genitalia repeatedly during a job interview. Since then, Sheriff's detectives have identified additional victims, all of whom reported similar circumstances.
Guterman was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Dewitt Town Court on January 22nd, 2013. Detectives are trying to determine if there are other victims. Anyone with information should contact the abused persons unit at 435-3092.
