Ithaca couple cooks up local favorites with Mo Rocca

Pete O'Connell and Louie Larson cook with Mo Rocca

If you tuned in to "My Grandmother's Ravioli" on the Cooking Channel Wednesday night, you may have seen some familiar scenery. An Ithaca couple was featured on tonight's episode cooking up local favorites with host Mo Rocca.

Pete O'Connell and Louie Larson were the show's first gay grandparents. Rocca joined them in their kitchen to help them make Central New York dishes like spiedies, Cornell chicken, peach crisp and hot and spicy green beans.

Rocca also asked the couple about how they first met, and debated the best female singers and North Dakota state songs. Rocca also joined Louie canoeing on Cayuga Lake and taking in the local scenery.

If you missed the show, you can catch it again on Sunday at 1 p.m. on the Cooking Channel.
