* TIMING...THROUGH 1 AM SUNDAY.
* ACCUMULATIONS...AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 5 INCHES IN PERSISTENT BANDS. THIS WILL BRING STORM TOTALS INTO THE 12 TO 18 INCH RANGE IN A FEW SPOTS NEAR WATERTOWN OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS.
* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH.
* VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A HALF MILE AT TIMES.
* IMPACTS...MODERATE TO HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL PRODUCE VERY DIFFICULT TRAVEL IN LOCAL AREAS WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITY. THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 81 FROM ADAMS TO JUST NORTH OF WATERTOWN.
