Los Lonely Boys cancels Friday Chevy Court show due to injury

Los Lonely Boys has cancelled its Friday show on the Chevy Court due to an injury to lead singer and guitarist Henry Garza.

Electro-pop grou Owl City will fill in at 8 pm on Chevy Court. They were originally scheduled to be the 2 pm show.

Los Lonely Boys issued this statement about the cancellation: â??We are saddened to report that Henry Garza has re-injured his back, and will not be able to perform this weekend, as his doctor has instructed him not to travel. Henry originally injured his back after falling from the stage in Downey, CA at the end of February. With the prescribed rest, and additional therapy, Henry and the band plan on being back in action next week. Our sincerest apologies to the fans in Syracuse, NY and Port Aransas, TX. We hope to make these dates up in the future. Thank you for understanding while Henry continues to get past this injury, and for your support of Los Lonely Boys.â??

Filling the now-vacant 2 pm slot will be Soul Risinâ??, a Syracuse-area band that describes their sound as â??soulgrass jam.â??
