Man accused of killing pizzeria owner indicted by grand jury

The man that police say shot and killed a Southside pizzeria owner last October has been indicted by a grand jury.

Eric Woody was indicted on charges of first degree murder, two counts of second degree murder, two counts of first degree robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

Woody, 24, is suspected of killing Shqair Shqair during a late night robbery attempt. Woody was on the run from police for more than a month before he was found in Niagara Falls.
