Man dead after a disturbance at a Syracuse market
Syracuse Police say that they found 39-year-old Basilio Ortiz, of Syracuse, unconscious when they arrived to a disturbance call at Dully's Express Market on 618 Second North Street at about 9:40 on Wednesday night.
Officers say that they immediately performed CPR on Ortizand then continued CPR until an ambulance arrived and took him to St. Joseph's Hospital. Ortiz was later pronounced dead.
