      Man shot in leg during robbery on West Colvin Street

      The Syracuse Police Department says that it is investigating a robbery in which a victim was shot.

      Police say that the incident happened at 10:15 on Wednesday night ay 556 West Colvin Street in Syracuse.

      According to Syracuse Police, two suspects-described as black males-came into the home and attempted to rob the victim. During a struggle, the victim was shot. The suspect that fired the shot had a black mask covering his face.

      The victim, a 47-year-old man, suffered a gun shot wound to his left leg. He was sent to Upstate University Hospital. His injury is non-life threatening.
