Man who turned himself in after stealing jewelry, charged with Grand Larceny

A man was shopping around for rings at the Mars Jewelry Store on Monday Dec. 11, when he suddenly ran out of the store with a ring valued at $1,800, according to Syracuse Police.

The suspect, later identified as Troy Tull, 23, turned himself into police on Wednesday, and was charged with Grand Larceny in the fourth degree, police said.

The $1,800 ring was a 14 ct. white gold, with assorted diamonds, the store owner said.
