March for Americans with Disabilities Act held in downtown Syracuse

Approximately 300 people gathered at Syracuse City Hall Commons for the Americans with Disabilities Act march through downtown Syracuse on Monday morning.

The march commemorates the 23rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Americans with Disabilities Act is the law that gives disabled the same rights as minorities, when it comes to discrimination. 23 years after it was passed, advocates say there's still work to be done.
