Meth lab found in Rome after domestic dispute call

Oneida County Sheriffâ??s Deputies and State Police were called to 6282 Lamphear Road in Rome on Friday for a domestic dispute.
When they arrived, investigators found a mobile meth lab. The Oneida County Sheriffâ??s Narcotics Unit, and the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Response Team were called and a full investigation of the house and a vehicle on the property turned up more meth and manufacturing material.
47-year-old Anthony P. Armstrong was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Armstrong was charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
The case is still under investigation.
