Motorcyclist arrested for DWI after sliding across three lanes in Town of Trenton

State Police arrested a Utica man for DWI after his motorcycle slid across three lanes in the Town of Trenton.

According to Police, on Thursday at about 11:24 p.m. Douglas Joslin, 56, was driving his motorcycle down Mappa Avenue when his bike tipped over, slid across three lanes and came to a stop in the middle of the roadway.

Joslin was not hurt and after further investigation, they arrested him for driving while intoxicated.

Police say Joslin refused to take a breathalyzer test and was arraigned in the Town of Trenton for DWI, moving from the lane unsafely, and failing to provide a breath sample.
