New Berlin man accused of making threats against staff at Unadilla Valley Central School

A New Berlin man is accused of making threats against staff at the Unadilla Valley Central School.

33-year-old Nathan Diamond was arrested March 25 on charges of criminal trespass and harassment.

Chenango County Sheriff's deputies say the principal told Diamond to leave school grounds on February 15. They say he refused several times, and when escorted out of the school, he allegedly pushed staff and made threats to harm them.

Diamond was arraigned in Columbus Town Court and being held on $2,500 cash bail. He's scheduled to appear in the Town of New Berlin Court at a later date.
