New Haven man accused of leaving kids home alone

A New Haven man is accused of leaving children home alone for several days.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 44-year-old Leonard Lumina, of 47 Lilly Marsh Road, left children under the age of 17 home alone, unsupervised, for approximately three days earlier this month.

Lumina is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

He was issued appearance tickets and later released. He's scheduled to appear in the Town of New Haven Court on September 22nd.

The incident remains under investigation.
