A new low-cost airline is coming to Syracuse's Hancock Airport.
Allegiant Airlines announced new nonstop service from Syracuse and Tampa Bay, Florida.
Flights starting at $99 will be available between Syracuse and Tampa Bay via St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport beginning on November 7.
